Why there is a note about the province name
On 1 July 2025, Quang Binh Province was merged into Quang Tri Province under Resolution 202/2025/QH15, with the administrative centre at Dong Hoi - now Dong Hoi Ward. Many documents, maps and older articles still say "Quang Binh, Dong Hoi". That is the same address, not two places. We say so here so that you do not waste time looking in the wrong place.
When being seen in person suits you better
- The first consultation, if you find it easier to talk face to face. With this condition the quality of the conversation decides most of the outcome.
- When a physical examination is needed: blood pressure, cardiovascular, neurological.
- When there is vertigo and positional testing is required.
