Privacy policy
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and sends nothing you type to any server. Your questionnaire answers stay in your browser.
Key points
- The website sets no cookies, runs no measurement tools, and carries no third-party tracking code.
- The self-assessment tools run entirely in your browser. The answers are not sent anywhere and are not stored.
- The booking form sends nothing to any server. It composes a message and opens the channel you chose, so what you typed goes directly from your device to the clinic.
- Health information you give during a consultation forms part of your medical record, which is governed by the law on medical examination and treatment.
What this website collects
Nothing. The pages are static: no cookies, no login session, no Google Analytics or equivalent measurement tool, no advertising pixel, no third-party chat widget. You read the site without leaving any identity behind.
Like any web server, the server delivering these pages may keep ordinary technical logs containing the IP address, the time and the path requested. That is operational system data. It is not used to identify individuals and is not linked to any patient record.
The self-assessment tools
The insomnia screening questionnaire, PHQ-9, GAD-7, the Epworth scale and the other tools on this site all run inside your own browser. The answers never leave your device: nothing is sent to a server, nothing is written to browser storage, nothing goes into a cookie. Closing the tab or reloading the page wipes every answer.
The practical consequence: nobody, the clinic included, can see your results unless you tell us yourself. And for the same reason the results are not kept for comparison later. If you want to track a score over time, write the number down yourself.
When you contact us
The booking form on this site does not send anything to a server. When you press send it composes a message from what you typed and opens the channel you chose, so the text goes directly from your device to the clinic. Calling or messaging on Zalo takes you outside the website in the same way. The clinic then receives your phone number, the name you gave and what you wrote, and uses them for scheduling and preparing the consultation. Messages on Zalo are also governed by Zalo's own terms, a third-party service the clinic does not control.
Health information from a consultation
What you say during a consultation, the findings and any prescription form part of your medical record. Medical records are confidential under the law on medical examination and treatment and are disclosed to third parties only where the law permits.
Links out
Pages on this website cite clinical sources at organisations such as the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the NHS and peer-reviewed journals. When you follow one you are on their site and their policy applies, not this one.
Changes
This page describes how the website actually works as of the date shown at the top. If the site later adds anything that genuinely collects data on a server, measurement tools included, this page will be corrected in the same change.
