Fees and how they are quoted

Why this page does not print a price list, what the fee depends on, and the commitment to tell you the amount before the appointment is confirmed.

Fees and how they are quoted

Key points

  • The fee depends on the format (in person or by video) and the length of the consultation.
  • You are always told the amount BEFORE the appointment is confirmed. Nothing is added afterwards.
  • A follow-up is shorter than a first consultation, so the fee differs.
  • The self-assessment tools on this site are entirely free and require no details from you.

Why there is no price list here

Two reasons, both practical. First, a price list printed on a website goes stale and nobody remembers to update it, and a wrong figure on a medical site is worse than no figure at all. Second, a first consultation for someone who has been on sleeping pills for years is nothing like a 15-minute follow-up for someone already on track.

What we can commit to: you know the fee before the appointment is confirmed, and nothing is added afterwards. If during the consultation it turns out that further testing is needed elsewhere, you are told clearly that this is that facility's cost, not ours.

What is free

  • All eight self-assessment tools on this site. Results immediately, no account, no phone number required.
  • The sleep diary template and instructions on reading it.
  • All of the guide content.

Frequently asked questions

Is health insurance accepted?
Private out-of-hours practice is generally outside the scope of Vietnamese health insurance reimbursement. Please ask specifically when you book.
Is a video consultation cheaper than being seen in person?
The fees differ because the length and the format differ. You are told both when you book so you can choose.
