Review the clinic on Google

How to leave a review on the clinic's Google listing, and one thing worth reading first: a review is a public page, so keep your medical details out of it.

Updated 2026-11-07

Key points

  • Reviews go on the clinic's Google listing, posted from your own Google account.
  • Before you write: a review is public and close to permanent - leave out your diagnosis, your medication and your private life.
  • The clinic gives no gifts, no discounts and nothing else in exchange for a review.
  • If something went wrong, tell the clinic directly - and still post publicly if you want to. The two are not alternatives.

People with insomnia tend to look for a doctor at their least clear-headed hour: two in the morning, on a phone, after one more night without sleep. What they find at that hour is roughly two things - the clinic's own website, and what people who have been there say. Anyone can write the first. The second cannot be written to order.

If you have been seen here and think it is worth describing, a few sentences from you will help the next person decide faster than any amount of marketing copy. The same holds the other way: if something fell short, saying so helps too - the next patient, and the clinic.

Leaving a review

  1. Tap the button above, scan the code, or find the clinic on Google Maps and choose *Write a review*.
  2. Pick a star rating. This is what Google ranks on, and the first thing a reader looks at.
  3. Write a few sentences. Short is fine - three specific sentences beat a long vague paragraph.
  4. Post it. You can edit or delete it at any time from your own Google account.

If you want to make it useful to someone else, the things worth describing are: broadly what brought you in, how the consultation went, whether you waited long, whether the doctor explained things, and what you did next. Those are the questions someone hesitating actually needs answered.

Read this before you write

That is a serious warning, not boilerplate. Once a review is public, its contents are beyond the reach of both you and the clinic: it gets archived, indexed by search engines and, these days, read back by AI assistants. Deleting the review does not delete those copies.

The clinic does not buy reviews

No gifts, no discounts, no priority appointments, no friends writing on our behalf. Google's policy forbids paying for reviews, and bought reviews get removed - but that is not the real reason. A wall of purchased five-star ratings says exactly one thing: this clinic is willing to pay to look better than it is. That is not what you want to see from somewhere you are about to hand your health to.

For the same reason this page does not reproduce anyone's review as a display piece. The reviews live on Google, where you can check that real people wrote them and see the unflattering ones too. Copying them onto a website and choosing which to show turns them into advertising, and they stop being reviews.

If the visit was not what you hoped

Tell the clinic first - by phone or Zalo, from the Contact page. Most complaints are fixable things: a mixed-up appointment, a long wait, instructions that were not clear, a prescription that was not explained properly. Those get fixed when someone says so.

And to be explicit: messaging privately is not a condition for reviewing publicly. If you want to post straight to Google, post - one star included. The clinic does not ask what rating you have in mind before handing over the link. Google forbids that practice, and it makes the whole rating meaningless to the people reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Google account to leave a review?
Yes. Google only accepts reviews from a signed-in account, and that account's name and profile picture appear publicly alongside what you wrote. There is no anonymous option.
I was seen by video. Can I still review?
Yes. A remote consultation is a real use of the service. Just say which format you used - that is more useful still for someone far away who is weighing it up.
Can the clinic delete my review if I say something unflattering?
The clinic cannot delete your review. Only you or Google can, and Google only removes content that breaches its policies - personal abuse or disguised advertising, for instance, not a low rating.
I already put my medical details in a review. What now?
You can edit or delete it at any time under Contributions in your Google account. Do it sooner rather than later: the longer it stays up, the more places have copied it.
Why does the website not show an average star rating?
Because when this page was written the listing had no reviews at all. Declaring a rating that does not exist is a false statement to search engines and to readers. Once there are real reviews, the figure will come from Google rather than being typed in.
